热熔胶(HMA)和微粒

MAAG的热熔胶(HMA)生产系统设计用于颗粒生产,最高4550kg/h。可用作挤出机下游的独立方案,或者与混合器和带熔体出料泵的混炼机结合使用。

粒径为0.5-1.0mm的微粒实际上是粉末的无尘替代品,并且在聚合物行业中获得越来越多的关注。特别是在母粒领域MAAG提供了特定的解决方案,能够精密分注少量易分散微粒。

直接结晶

直接结晶过程要求在颗粒中保持足够的热量便于结晶,无需其他外部热量,以此降低能耗。另一个目的是自由流动的颗粒可直接进入包装或者后处理工艺,例如SSP。Gala直接结晶系统的CPT工艺使聚合物行业的客户能够实现以上处理,并且已被证明是一种出色的方案。

回收

MAAG的Gala造粒机和水下造粒系统也为不断增长的各种聚合物回收市场提供了智能解决方案。主要为Gala的离心干燥机系列。i-Heat工艺已经申请专利,具有保持固有热量和显著提高颗粒水分含量的优势。
